Our couples hire us to manage the behind the scene logistics, last minute preparations and styling components that take place on the day of their wedding so that their weddings are seamlessly and beautifully orchestrated. This includes decor setup and takedown coordination, running local errands, family photo triage assistance, managing your guests, vendors and timelines, being the point of contact for all inquiries and/or all of the above.
We work best with couples with a sense of self and style: They appreciate the details & good vibes, plan what makes their heart happy, skip what doesn’t, and are so excited to celebrate their day with their favorite humans (completely uninterrupted, because they have us).

Day-of coordination also known as “month-of coordination” or “event management” is an essential service for couples who have done most of the planning themselves (i.e. sourcing vendors, choosing a location, creating a theme, etc) and only require expert help leading up to and on the day of their wedding to ensure their vision are executed, perfectly. Our coordination services in essence gives you thee ultimate guest experience. The DOWC Team will guide you through the many details that require attention on your wedding day so that absolutely nothing is missed.
With an educational background in Politics and Business, professional experience in Corporate Events and a personal affinity for excel spreadsheets, Pinterest and sappy Rom-Coms, its no wonder I ended up planning weddings. When I got engaged In 2017 I was in search of this exact service. While I love & adore my family for their offer and willingness to help (they’re low key chronically late — shhhhh, they don’t know it yet lol) and to be completely honest I just wanted them to drink up and party like its 1999 (it’s their baby girls wedding after all!) 6 short months later, I kicked caution to the wind, quit my day job and started DOWC.
