THE READY MADE

Day of Wedding Coordination Package

The bulk of our work starts 6 weeks before your wedding, however we provide support and guidance leading up to your big day by providing you with a Wedding Details Package loaded with helpful planning docs and unlimited email/phone support. Our wedding coordination package includes the help of one (1) events lead AND one (1) events assistant on the wedding day for up to 12 hours. On your wedding day, we are on-site at the start of your day for set-up and don’t leave until tear-down is completed. Don’t you worry about a thing Darling!

 
 
 

Meeting(s)

  • 20 minute Intro Meeting (vibe check)

  • 2 hour Details Meeting to discuss wedding vision, priorities and progress

  • 1 hour Venue walk-through (aka site visit)

  • 1 hour Wedding rehearsal attendance/direction

  • 1 hour Take-over Meeting

Unlimited email + phone support, check-ins and more.

Creation of a wedding details package including the following:

  • Ceremony program template

  • Vendor referrals and so much more

Review of all vendor contracts to ensure vendors deliver as promised

Vendor management takeover (7-14 days prior to the wedding)

 

Wedding Day (Onsite Coordination)

  • Provide day-of assistance coordinating, designing & styling the ceremony, reception & cocktail hour space whether you’ve hired a florist/decorator or you’re a DIY lover.

  • All guest and vendor management including the supervision of all vendor arrivals, decor setup at the start of the day, decor tear-down at the end of the night, venue flips and day-of payments as needed

  • Manage the day’s itinerary and schedule including the behind-the-scenes coordination and cues for all the moving parts of your big day (ie ceremony processional, speeches, entrances, entertainment, announcements and synchronizing the kitchen for meal courses and clearings).

  • Greeting and ushering guests, as needed

  • Family and/or bridal party photo triage assistance as needed

  • Distribute personal flowers, boutonnieres, etc

  • Dessert table and/or late night food setup

  • At home celebration assistance, as needed

  • Run any one(1) local errand, as needed

  • Access to a wedding day "Bridal Emergency Kit" with bobby pins, stain remover, etc.

  • Most importantly, we ensure that you and your loved ones have a fun and stress-free wedding day
