Day of coordination Package
This is totally our jam!
The bulk of our work starts 8 weeks before your wedding, however we provide support and guidance leading up to your big day by providing you with a Wedding Details Package loaded with helpful planning docs and unlimited email support. Our wedding coordination package includes the help of one (1) events lead AND one (1) events assistant on the wedding day for up to 12 hours. On your wedding day, we are on-site at the start of your day for set-up and don’t leave until tear-down is completed. Don’t you worry about a thing Darling!
Investment of $2,500 + hst
Meetings:
Up to 5 meeting(s) including wedding rehearsal attendance/direction and site visit
Unlimited email support, check-ins and more during the planning phase.

Vendor management takeover (7-14 days prior to the wedding)
Wedding Day (Onsite Coordination)
Provide day-of assistance coordinating, designing & styling the ceremony, reception & cocktail hour space whether you’ve hired a florist/decorator or you’re a DIY lover.
All guest and vendor management including the supervision of all vendor arrivals, decor setup at the start of the day, decor tear-down at the end of the night, venue flips and day-of payments as needed
Manage the day’s itinerary and schedule including the behind-the-scenes coordination and cues for all the moving parts of your big day (ie ceremony processional, speeches, entrances, entertainment, announcements and synchronizing the kitchen for meal courses and clearings).
Family and/or bridal party photo triage assistance as needed
Access to a wedding day "Bridal Emergency Kit" with bobby pins, stain remover, etc.
Most importantly, we ensure that you and your loved ones have a fun and stress-free wedding day

Our a la carte setup and takedown only service is geared towards our DIY couples who are perfectly comfortable creating their own centerpieces, or maybe they have a florist but are sourcing their own candles, placecards etc and need someone to setup all the extras.
We come on site and setup, leave and come back at the end of the night to take everything down. Full Investment of $1,250
