A day-of wedding coordinator is a person responsible for the execution of your wedding day festivities. His or her role include overseeing guests and vendors, managing the timeline, and overcoming any last-minute challenges that arise during the wedding. Think of us as wedding ninjas.

As the big day approaches you realize its physically impossible to be at hair & makeup and at your wedding venue setting up all the small and/or big items. While some venues have a "venue coordinator" what they can do on your behalf is very limited. Who sets up your escort cards, favors, toasting flutes, cake knife and server... and all those special little items you that require attention? Your day-of coordinator does. You can choose to lean on your family & friends, but please be mindful that this is a celebration for them too and they are not hired experienced professionals. Not everyone can afford to part with 10% of their wedding budget to secure a full-time planner, just like not everyone wants to give away creative license to someone else to design & implement their dream wedding. A day-of coordinator is ideal for brides who are excited to do the planning themselves, but need a little extra help with execution on the actual wedding day. Most day of wedding coordinators or month-of coordinators are involved in the last 1-2 months of planning phase, when it really counts to provide guidance and support, and ensure everything is track.

Your vendor team can breathe a little easier knowing they have a solid source to go for questions, problems, and any fires that need putting out who isn’t the couple themselves. 7-14 days prior to your wedding we provide vendor take-over whereby we share the finalized wedding itinerary with your vendors and confirm any other details of their service or the days activities so everyone is on the same page.

Day-of Coordinators provide pre-wedding guidance and vendor contract reviews, so feel free to request help when necessary.
